Seminars held

Vigilance Awareness Week was observed in NPCC from
3rd to 7th Nov 2009. The programme commenced with a
solemn pledge ceremony by all employees of the
company.

A seminar was arranged on 6th December in the
Conference Hall of Corporate Office, Faridabad. On
this occasion, Smt.Deepa Krishan, CVO, NPCC gave a
presentation on the subject of preventive and punitive
vigilance. Prabhat Kumar, Director, CVC, in the
capacity of Chief Guest gave a talk on 'Prevention of
corruption' and how PSEs could adopt a professional
approach for ensuring transparency and integrity
followed by an interactive session.

A workshop was held in Kolkata from 19-20
November,2007 for the Officers and staff of Eastern
Zone. The theme of the workshop was “Increasing
efficiency by plugging loopholes.

A workshop was held at Silchar from 5-6 December,
2007 for the Officers and Staff of NEZ (PMC/South
/Central/Eastern/Western Zones). The theme of the
workshop was “Excellence in the Project Execution
through Transparency.
Action Plan
