NPCC has its contribution towards environment friendly Public Health Engineering Projects since its inception. NPCC started with deep sewer lines and water supply related works in Delhi during early sixties. Other major works undertaken include Integrated Water Supply Scheme at Singrauli, Water Treatment Plant at Bangalore, Bagalkot (Karnataka) etc. Sewerage and Water Supply Scheme at Thiruvananthpuram (Kerala), Delhi & Gwalior(MP). Today NPCC is engaged for Storm Water Drains for Bangalore Mahanagar Palike. The major works in the field are as under:-
